Jennifer has been working with Mr. Hamilton since 2010, and is responsible for overseeing the collections department. She works with both strata council members and property managers to assist in the recovery of unpaid strata fees, and special levies.

Jennifer is experienced in taking the steps required to register and enforce a certificate of lien, including any necessary steps in the Supreme Court. She engages in communications with delinquent owners and the strata council in an effort to achieve a satisfactory outcome for both parties. Jennifer is also experienced in forcing the sale of a strata lot through the Supreme Court process, working closely with the realtor, and also completing the real estate transaction should the property be sold. Jennifer focuses her attention on finding resolution for owners in a financial crisis, and works hard to achieve an amicable resolution between the parties.

Vivien started her legal career with the firm in 2014 and has over 10 years of legal experience. She obtained her Legal Assistant Certificate in 2013 from Vancouver Community College, her Paralegal Certificate in 2020, and has spent her career working in the area of litigation. Outside of the office, Vivien enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.

Stephanie began her legal career with the firm in 2015 and brings over a decade of experience to her role. She completed her Legal Assistant Certificate at Vancouver Community College in 2015 and went on to earn her Paralegal Certificate in 2025. Throughout her career, she has focused primarily on litigation, providing support to both clients and lawyers.

Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors, and can often be found snowboarding, paddle boarding, golfing, hiking, or camping.

Nikta joined our team in 2025 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Razi University in Iran. She currently works as a Legal Assistant in the Collections Department.

Nikta is fluent in Farsi. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.

Rose joined our team in 2024 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Certificate in Forensic Science from Simon Fraser University.

When she’s not immersed in legal work, Rose is on a mission to conquer the city’s caffeine scene, one latte at a time. Rose is fluent in French, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Mahbuba holds a BA degree in Law and Political Science from Afghanistan and recently completed the Legal Administrative Assistant program at Vancouver Community College. She currently works as a Legal Assistant in the Collections department at Hamilton & Company where she applies her skills and knowledge to support the firm’s legal operations.

Mahbuba is fluent in Dari and Hindi. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, socializing with friends, and traveling to explore new cultures.

April began her legal career in 2018 and completed her Paralegal Certificate in 2022.  April assists the lawyers in strata property litigation matters.

Outside of the office, April enjoys spending time with her cat, family and friends, and going on hikes. 

Josephine oversees all aspects of the firm’s operation including finance, human resources, technology, and administration. With over 35 years of experience in the legal services industry, she works closely with the firm’s partners to align operational strategies with organizational goals, providing the insights and tools necessary for effective decision-making.

Outside the office, Josephine enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and discovering hidden gems in off the beaten path.

Josephine is fluent in Mandarin, Hakka and Cantonese.

Cynthia brings over 14 years of experience in legal accounting management and works closely with Josephine to oversee the firm’s finance, human resources, and operations.

Outside of work, Cynthia is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast. She has completed a full marathon and recently hiked Mount Rinjani in Indonesia. She also enjoys reading, movies, and new experiences.

Cynthia is fluent in Mandarin and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and British Columbia.

Vivian joined Hamilton & Company in 2018. She assists with accounting tasks and other administrative duties.

When she is not in the office, Vivian enjoys paddle boarding in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and going on (food) adventures with her family.

Queenie joined our team in 2023, with 12 years of experience in customer service. She works in reception and provides administrative support to the office. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Outside of the office, Queenie is passionate about travel and experiencing delicious cuisines.
